I succumbed to joining a Tae Kwon Do school since the only two Tang Soo Do schools in the city are miserably pathetic. so here goes… at least its Korean.
When Dojongs cost $150 a month with year to three year contracts it is very important to choose one you like. and some of them actually let you take a class before you sign but you have to pay for the trial class too. So I finally found one I like and the coolest thing I have to say about it is:
FEMALE INSTRUCTORS!! Rock on Motherfucker!
not all of them but 50 percent. which is awesome. and they rock.
My trial private lesson included… (note I haven’t worked out in almost a year):
100 pushups, punches and situps, 40 front kicks, 40 roundhouse kicks, (most kicks consecutive) and tons of other pushers like jumps, blocks etc.
So its making a good impression. but I will still have to see before I sign off 3000 dollars.
on a side note…. A nice firemen lit my pilot light last night..
